From young professional to department manager
Our C&A management team heads our retail stores in 18 European countries. They are also responsible for ensuring sustainable business development. How it works
If your application meets the job criteria, we will organise a telephone interview. You like us and we like you, too? Then our next step will be to invite you to a job interview. The next stage after this will depend on the entry level and department of the job you have applied for (assessment centre, second interview). We want you to join and make you an official job offer – now it’s on you: want to come on board? Say “yes” and we start preparing everything for your first day with us.
Use our application portal
Over 100,000 – that’s how many applications we receive every year. In order to maintain an adequate overview we use an electronic application process. So use our online application system. We ask for your understanding that in the interest of fairness to other candidates, we cannot process applications that reach us via email or by post. We still need your application documents, please upload them directly into our portal as Word or PDF documents (make sure each file is max. 10 MB).
