Giorgio Armani ernennt neuen Verwaltungsrat

Der neue Verwaltungsrat des italienischen Modeunternehmens Giorgio Armani S.p.A. ist nun voll handlungsfähig. Er setzt sich wie folgt zusammen: Pantaleo Dell’Orco (Präsident), Silvana Armani (Vorstandsmitglied) und Andrea Camerana (Vorstandsmitglied). Hinzu kommen Giuseppe Marsocci (Chief Executive Officer und General Manager), Marco Bizzarri (Vorstandsmitglied), John Hooks (Vorstandsmitglied), Federico Marchetti (Vorstandsmitglied) sowie Angelo Moratti (Vorstandsmitglied).
