• You will ensure that the shop runs smoothly by coordinating and managing internal processes and procedures in line with Stradivarius standards. 
• Ensuring an efficient order placement and collection process. 
• Responsibility for the processing of online orders, based on our Inditex Satisfaction Guarantee, to ensure a customer-oriented solution at all times. 
• Provide training to staff to ensure company standards and any process updates are communicated to the team at all times.  
• “Teamwork makes the Dreamwork” - through your positive attitude and communication skills, you always manage to motivate your employees. 
• Together with your team, you promote active customer service and provide support with questions about orders, products and services for an excellent customer experience on site. 
• Through your passion for the product, you ensure an adequate presentation of goods in the shop and take internal guidelines into account. 
• You optimize processes in collaboration with internal teams (e-commerce, logistics, regional management).
